A medical device used by kinesiologists and physiotherapists for the treatment of chronic pain and injuries. We proposed the industrial process of Zamak die casting as an alternative to plastic, for a more qualitative look and feel. Zamak is a Zink, aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloy, with the property to be cast into complex thin-walled parts perfect for this application.
Materials: Zamak die casting and plastic housing, led lights and electronics
